After corona attack I am taking tritrust v1 in the morning and acarbose 50 mg in the night. After one year my body pain completely stopped now. Now I am facing severe hunger in the midnight .also in 10 am and 5 pm facing severe hunger. Stopped acarbose in the night hunger problem stopped. I will take test next week for sugar levels. Is this due to body returning to old sugar levels before corona. Body is now free without pain.

Yes it may be. Check blood sugar tests at seven different times and hba1c. Fbs, post breakfast, prelunch, post lunch, predinner and post dinner and midnight.

It is advisable to test blood glucose level before and 30 mins after breakfast, lunch and dinner for next 3 days. Then only it can be concluded if your blood glucose level have reverted back to pre-covid levels. Yes severe hunger and alleviation of same after stopping acarbose is a sign of hypoglycemia induced by anti-diabetic drugs.
